Confirmation Policy:

• Clients will receive a confirmation email immediately upon successful booking.
• If your preferred time slot is not available, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative schedule.
• Clients may cancel the booking before confirmation with no penalty.

Arrival Time:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed and unrushed experience.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.

Health Considerations:

• Please inform your therapist of any injuries, illnesses, allergies, or other medical conditions prior to the session.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s condition is deemed unsafe for massage therapy.

Professional Boundaries:

• All services are strictly professional, therapeutic massages.
• Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

Refund Policy:

• Services are non-refundable once rendered.
• Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable unless otherwise stated.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Cleanliness and hygiene are our top priorities. Please arrive freshly showered if possible.
• We maintain the highest standards of sanitation for all linens, equipment, and treatment rooms.

Gratuity:

• Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated if you are satisfied with your experience.
